Rowland Seeks Mercy From Court

In a memo to the Court, attorneys for former Gov. John Rowland have asked the court for leniency in sentencing the former Governor. Regardless, it is likely that he will face some prison time. Interestingly, Rowland could become one of more than a dozen former governors to serve prison time, but only the second from New England. Story here.
